At Thrifters, we want to ensure you have a clear understanding of our shipping process, timelines, and policies. Please read this information carefully before making a purchase.

Important Notice:

As we deal with unique, one-of-a-kind thrifted items, each order is processed individually and may take additional time to prepare. Please note that shipping can take up to 30 days in some cases, particularly during peak seasons.

1. Processing Time

After you place your order, we typically require 2-5 business days to process, carefully package, and hand over your items to our shipping partners. During sale events or holidays, processing times may be extended.

Free Shipping Policy:

We offer free shipping on all orders within India. We currently do not ship internationally.

3. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can track your order status through the link provided in the email or by logging into your account on our website.

4. Shipping Restrictions

We currently only ship within India. We do not offer international shipping at this time. Please contact us at shipping@thrifters.shop if you have specific questions about delivery to your location within India.

5. Delayed or Lost Packages

While rare, delays can occur due to various factors beyond our control, including weather conditions or postal service issues. If your package appears to be lost or significantly delayed beyond our estimated delivery times:

  • Please wait at least 15 business days from the shipping date before contacting us

After these waiting periods, please contact our customer service team with your order number and we will investigate the status with our shipping partners.

6. Return Shipping

As noted in our Terms & Conditions, we do not accept returns or exchanges due to the unique nature of our pre-loved items. All sales are final. In the rare case of a significantly misrepresented item or damaged goods, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order with clear photographs of the issue.
